If you are interested in applying for privileges as a Visiting Medical Officer at any of our ACHA Hospitals, please fill out our 'Expression of Interest' form below.

You will be required to submit an individual personal email address (not a shared practice email address) and your AHPRA number to commence the credentialing process.

You will then receive an email inviting you to complete and submit your profile to the hospital/s you have nominated.
