Gender Equality at ACHA
Gender equality is achieved when people are able to access and enjoy the same rewards, resources and opportunities regardless of their gender.
At ACHA, we are working to achieve gender equality in the workplace by promoting a culture that is:
- underpinned by a variety of employment conditions and workplace practices that promote gender diversity including flexible work arrangements;
- merit based recruitment and selection practices;
- promotion and transfer opportunities; and
- equitable conditions of service.
ACHA's Workplace Gender Equality Report provides an overview of our workforce profile and the representation of men and women across employment groups and management levels throughout ACHA.
The report also includes the completion of a questionnaire regarding employment conditions, practices and policies that support gender equality in the workplace.
